I am going to assume that 250 share transaction at 12 cents was a little trick from NITE or one of his henchmen helping take the stock down.
I seriously doubt someone sold 250 shares for 12 cents = 30.00 which less the commission is probably about $23.00. No one is that desperate for cash, not even me (and the 1st of the month is coming soon with all its attendant bills).
This is either a buy at Bid or it was a very willful effort to drop the stock that lasted about 3 minutes. I will be there to buy shares with every penny I can muster if need be. It sure would be good to have some more help though. I've got a few friends that many here can thank for buying when no one else will.
Imagine if everyone stood up to the BULLY named NITE. A few REAL whacks at that Ask and I bet he runs and hides behind HDSN and AUTO and we're at 30 cents.
Either way it is quite clear the only thing left in the bag of tricks is cheap shots.
I really wonder what goes on over there at NITE. Does the guy at the OTC desk have to clear everything he does with TelVue with his superior or what goes on? I don't think they have this set up as a computer program because what computer is going to decide to sell my friend stock at 18 cents when the Ask is 23? 250 at 12. Now that's something I don't think a computer could come up with. This guy has a pair of brass ones.
I am not sure he realizes the dangerous game this is, however. A really smart guy with DEEP POCKETS could buy up shares SLOWLY accumulating at the 15-18 cent level. And then WHAM slap the Ask.
Don't think it can't/won't happen.
