I am glad you are optimistic, I will hold up the pessimistic side of things. That JV means nothing to me until cash changes hands, i.e. someone gets paid for work accomplished. Until then, it's all words that can change with the issuance of another press release: "We just received notice that Steriwave has pulled out of the JV". You'll see that one minutes after your share value plummets and you lose your collective rear.
