The SEC has bigger fish to fry. They didn't even do anything about LEX* which is the biggest mega promo out there.

As for WNWG: most of us came in on Thursday/ Friday after seeing the incredible volumes and thought something big is up.

Now we know it was probably a front-load/ promo gone bad.

My bet is they walk away - and the only pain will be from lugging the bags full of cash netted from this production. SEC could give a shit what goes on here.
