because he has to file a form 4 within 2 days of any sell. you have to monitor that through a news service like the DOW to catch those. i have been monitoring since the 144 in april and there has been no form 4. by your reasoning we wouldn't have put that 144 through either but we did catch that. once he puts a 144 through he HAS to follow with a form 4 within 2 days of any sell.
pink sheets don't have to file anything with the sec, they post financials etc. on otcmarkets.com if they choose to.
