EMIS never fully recovered from its disastrous phase-2 oral-insulin trial in India and the disingenuous way in which it presented the results (#msg-14395914, #msg-14397293).

What is it with India and diabetes trials gone wrong? BIOD of course had their own problems. In one of BIOD's recent CCs, a question came up about landscape of future trials and it was pretty clear that they won't be testing any of their ultra-fast acting insulins in India again.
