Not strange - NITE and other MM;s are keeping the price down for now. It won't take much to get MM's to free this up Your right there are big things happening with CMoney. They have a revolutionary secure mobile payment processing technology that has potential to reach an extremely broad customer base. I'm quite sure what you are referring to as strange is accumulation - I agree something is right around the corner - I recently spoke to CMEY IR and asked him on updates. All i got was the typical and appropriate response that they will be updating shareholders as news becomes available through the standard methods of press releases and filings.
If you haven't done any real DD here you should. CMEY has recently appointed a new Legal & Audit team and are preparing to submit a S-1 form S1 forms are used for IPO's
CMEY isn't some stock to buy @ .01 and dump @ .02 - The monet here is accumulating as much as possible under .02 and waiting for the fireworks. CMEY could see .10 or higher and I would predict this happens sometime in Q2 or Q3 Good Luck All.
