there has to be both a 144 and a 4 go through on any sells. the 144 to give notice of possible intention and the 4 within 2 days of any sell. all we've seen go through since april was a 144 for just over 2 m shares. doesn't matter so much to me what the cap is he is allowed to sell within a year's time, it matters much more what he DOES sell, if any, and when.
