AMHD has begun implementing the second phase of our business model,"We have started purchasing properties to use as rentals. So far this month, two have been purchased for our rental portfolio. One was already rented at the time of purchase, the other will be renovated this month to be rented out. Both properties have pay outs in less than three years and a ROI of better than 40 percent. Amelot Properties will receive a great source of revenue from the rentals and will benefit immensely by reselling these properties in a few years especially if values rise in the future."

As a major shareholder, I want AMHD putting every single dollar back into growing the businesses.

I'd say this is a good use of their profits!
