I thought the companies CEO made a request
to sell up to 1 Million dollars worth of stocks.
He had 45 days to do so and it started about
40 days ago. There is my reasoning for why
the stock won't go up in value, even when we
get positive news P.R. .

A lot of us have and continue to be heavily
invested and all the time Just when you think
the shares are going to go up, the "INSIDERS"
appear to be doing the selling. It just does
not make sense for the average joe to be
selling for three cents.

Insiders? Is that fact or your opinion.

People flipping this stock are not "average joes" they are day traders cashing in multiple times with small profits. I would argue the "average Joe" isn't even involved in penny stocks. If I were a day trader I'd be in and out of this stock all day long as it's currently highly volatile. However, I'm not going to risk losing my position if this thing takes off.

he has 90 days (not 45) from the 144 that went through in april, and i haven't seen any sells go through from that time. a form 4 has to go through within 2 days of any sell. there have been no 4's go through, and i've been monitoring it. you have to catch those things go through by using a news service like the DOW. when 144's go through, that only gives the insiders the option to sell some during that next quarter, it doesn't mean they are necessarily going to. many ceo's put through their 144 regularly every quarter. either swank files these every quarter routinely OR this is a very good sign here that he expects the deals being negotiated with the government will soon push pps to much higher levels. OR both.

and the 144 was for a total of 2,281,397 shares, not "1 million dollars worth of stocks."

today's volume was 2.8 million, just to put into perspective the amount we're discussing here.
