Basically, there is alot in the works he cannot discuss. This is going to be a Long Hold. It did not seem like anything was imminent.

He is looking for financing. Also he wants to make some acqusitions. There is no timetable on Financials but there working on it. The next Webinar he will be introducing a New IR.

So nothing to report.
