If they have no bearing on us, then why do you continue to bring up the losses that show up on them??

It only has a bearing in dicussing the prospects for Najafi rolling the new private company into the defunct shell at a later date...which 'might' give the current shares some value beyond that of the empty shell.

The financials certainly have not looked good to date, but there are always 'unknowns'. That's why we do DD??
