Agribusiness, if I remember right these are puts not shares. If this is true then they become options to be call(ed) at a later date. Is that how you read the agreement?
I would think that an 8K would alert these shorting campaigns against this stock. Not sure if that is needed in this case.. But, then they do have 45 days, I think!
