I would recommend you take a worse case scenario and say all 1.5b are converted into NHSH.

22% of 750m (NHSH A/S) is 165m

If all 165m were exchange, each shareholder would receive 1 NHSH share for approximately every 9 QASP shares.

if you have 1m Q shares, WORSE CASE SCENARIO, you would receive approximately 110k shares, at todays share price, your $1,500 investment would be worth $22,000.

Someone may want to check my math, but thats how I read it right now.

The matter is NOT how much shares you are going to get, is how much money it will worth!

Let me show you the table below using the shares you give to this board: 1,000,000 QASP. I assume the exchange rate is 10:1, or 100:1. Here is what you will get if you swap to NHSH and if you stay at QASP.

change rate | QASP | 10:1 NHSH | 100:1 NHSH|
Shares | 1,000,000 | 100,000 | 10000 |
$ on last Fri | $1700 | $20,000 | $2,000 |

You look at this Math and see where you want to go. and it is your own decision.

I will go to NHSH for sure.
