It appears that the Six Flags debt holders (Tricadia) canceled common shares and reissued new shares in a reorganization. They hired good people (Tepper) to run the company and kept 62% the NOLs.


Please, debunk my theory.

So are you saying that Six Flags was NOT able to preserve ALL the NOLS because they cancelled commons ??
