March revenues were $4,382,361....read the income statements again. The 13 million was for two months and it's all basically revenue of the NEW PRIVATE COMPANY WHICH WILL BE NAMED PIVOTAL CG or (CG Pivotal ?).

THEY are Pivotal CG...Pivotal CG is seeking regulatory approvals, Pivotal CG will be privately held and Pivotal CG, or CG pivotal, will likely be the new name for the new business. Got it?
