This was my reply to Roberto when he told us a verbal
OK. was as good as a signature. A verbal OK is as
good as a signature even here in the USA, but for a
limited number of contracts or agreements, such as
a rental of a house. Not for a Big deal like the lease
with option to buy of a racetrack. With no signature
either side can later reject or cancel.
What is now happening with CGAQ is quite obvious.
The CEO and his cohorts are still selling. Who else
would sell if there is such a big deal just waiting for a
signature?
As for the buying and selling, there has to be a
seller for every buyer and the M.M. can record it
as he wishes. It's almost impossible to detect unless
you are the person doing the buying or selling.
