I guess I would say that I hope individuals who work for Tricadia don't own CORSQ... Because if they (ie, individuals) do, and they knew Tricadia (ie, the company) was going to be buying the debt,and that they (the company) want to keep all the NOLS, and that commons might be worth something in the future... Well, I don't have a legal background but there might be some who might call that insider trading...
Now is not a good time for hedge fund type companies to even think about crossing that line... See article below.
