What I would like to know is what are the conditions under which ERHE would lose its rights if it did not meet certain criteria, AND can SNP or others somehow exploit those conditions?
For example, through waiting and delaying tactics, which could result in ERHE running out of cash or through withdrawal from the block tactics, which could result in ERHE losing an operating partner?
