Thanks AW1.
Learning what insight I could provide, while respecting both corporate and SEC requirements, is a work in process.
If you'll notice on the sunlogics website, professionals of substantial pedigree have been added to the list of players. These most recent additions should lead us to conclude that there is going to be a substantial change in the modus operandi of the group. The new members of the management team of sunlogics come from a pedigree and history which is quite substantial from operational, legal and financial arenas, when it comes to involvement in the public domain.
Being a "free thinker" (as I was previously labelled on this board) or a "change agent" comes with a price. Yet despite being of that nature, I have never had an issue working within a team who were aligned towards a common corporate goal, while permitted to achieve their own personal ones in tandem. There are many people already within the group that I truly enjoy working with. The status quo rarely deals with change-agents kindly, as the "establishment" is challenged to go beyond its own boundaries of comfort. Sometimes the resulting consequences leave egos feeling attacked, and the ensuing battles drop blood on the corporate floors. It takes a pretty thick skin and determined nature to succeed in creating the kind of change that will lead companies to become the "Apple" of their industry (note that Apple was voted the most valuable brand in the world a few weeks ago). Steve Jobs was precisely the kind of character that Apple needed to go beyond and get to where it has. While making such comparisons to our group may seem like folly to some, if we don't have dream big, we will never have a chance to achieve it. A lofty goal indeed, yet one I believe that the new group of people can help achieve.
This will be my last day on this board. I thank everyone, including those who took me to task, illuminated us all on facts that none were aware, and probably all helped elevate the discussion in their own way. To those who continue to hold the SLMU and sunlogics team to a higher standard, don't stop now. Though some may not like to read what you post, if you stay factual, you will in your own special way, force leaders to pay attention. While some of the things discovered by some members were clearly indefensible, there were also personal attacks between members which at times I am glad the moderator chose to delete.
Good luck to all. Those who have stuck with SLMU will deserve the rewards of patience and perseverance.
