it was a long read, mixed the directors numbers up. so yes as stated in the 8k. One point they may want to straighten out is Matvieshens compensation . The 10Q indicates no fee for Matvieshen in 2010 now on the 8k he is owed 10k for December, maybe you can clarify that.
