Reg Sho...LMAO. The Reg Sho you address is the disclosure of how a trade is executed. I would offer that the SEC is concerned about the quality of this transparency which is why they have a proposal out to segregate the data further to disclose what is in fact a short vs. a short exempt associated with a riskless principle (routed) trade. I told you MONTHS ago that this proposal for change would be forthcoming, in part because of the abuses in the interpretation of this data.
