DECLARATION OF SPECIAL AGENT BRIAN MAHER IN SUPPORT OF MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE
1. I, Brian Maher, am a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations, Department of Homeland Security and participated in the investigation of the above matter.
2. In the course of the investigation I, along, with other law enforcement officers and SEC staff participating in the investigation reviewed numerous documents, including brokerage account records and trading activity concerning shares of GH3 International and Asia Global Holdings Corporation, as well as bank account records of Matthew Brown and his co-conspirators.
3. Based upon the review of these records, it has been determined that the proceeds from the securities fraud committed in connection with the trading of Asia Global shares were $4,050,529.
4. Based upon the review of these same records, it has been determined that the proceeds from the securities fraud committed in connection with the trading of GH3 shares were $747,609.
