to throw the MMs/brokers under the bus as the DTCC hinted to with that rare PR a while ago? Penson isn't about to implicate themselves, or throw themselves under said bus are they? The fact that they have "come clean" is quite interesting and opens a can of worms, perhaps Pandora's box?

A quick ? would be what stock in which companies are they holding bad paper on and WHY? gonna be some legal stuff developing me thinks; and Penson will point the finger elsewhere.

Hey, how 'bout that whole Frankfurt thing I tried to help you with; told ya the Frankfurt Boys bought the NYSE for a song huh? Most curious now though, is the continued rejection of the much higher counter offer! Almost like the share holders don't want anything to do with the counter offer group.
