Very smart and accurate. They have a leg to stand on but it will not take the weight or ( wait for long legal battle for higher settlement)as you put it in plain simple facts.

56Chevy has been posting here for some time.

His "born on date" would be 7/12/08. As I mentioned previously, I have been following this story since at least 4/17/09. I think the two of us have a handle on what is going on with THMRQ.

I was on a 30-minute C-call earlier today with a pair of hedge fund managers in Chicagoland discussing the THMRQ case.

[For those who know me, not those operators, another firm.]

Now, I cannot disclose what was exactly said, but 56Chevy's independent analysis is pretty good. It is possible that 56Chevy and I are wrong, but the hedge fund fraternity rarely misses on opportunity to make millions.

You may be right for those that hold on for the outcome but there is money to be made in this stock and could be very big money. Plenty of "Q"s run well over 1000% and the news here is very big THMRQ will be no different. Throw a few grand in with the chance to make 30-40k off your investment. I will roll the dice see it happen to many times.

Just my take .. Fact there is money to be made here.
