Rcks - If on Monday we open to the downside the Weekly Phase I is a good possibility. Unless we get a dump at the close, it looks like the Weekly will close just under the UTL. The Weekly EMA 3/8 has a 7 point gap and the Daily may close above the LTL, so I am pretty much in agreement with you that the Weekly Phase II continues.
