Will OCS have the ability to update accounts quickly when there is a ticker change and/or a forward split?
One of the brokerage firms that I use now takes forever and it's impossible to trade online when your account says you have one third less shares than you want to sell or if the new ticker doesn't exist in their database.
I know I can call the trade in but by the time someone comes on the line, if the stock is running, I could be dead in the water.....and usually am!
