The question is... with BCCI at .40 or so (today) doesn't that mean that in PRE-BCCI-RS prices that is .02?

I am simply equating what the price was for those who had invested PRE-RS which was not that long ago. It seems like most of the shares out there came from that period. Thus although it seems to be huge at the .35 to .40 today I am just trying to get a realistic understanding of where it real is based on pre-rs investing.

I am not trying to rip anything just trying to get an appriciation as to wher it actually is, these are penney stock so I have a real interest in the reality not the hype.

I am trying to see what I think the impact will actually be to RLTR in the same situation. By the way, I thought the question was very stright forward.
