Why would I bid $0.20, when there are ~400,000,000 shares being
offered at $0.0001???
In fact, I just bought another 7+ million at $0.0001 this morning, bringing my total to more than 50 million.
The numbers may not work out exactly as I hypothesized. That was only a hypothetical to illustrate how big the impact of a share buyback could be ... to make the point that a buyback could dramatically reduce the shares outstanding, making significantly higher prices more realistically achievable.
Pick your own figures. Run your own scenario(s), if you don't like mine. The point is still the same. Shares outstanding can be reduced dramatically, with relatively small dollar amounts, creating substantial upside potential in this stock, once the free cash flow is available for that purpose.
Even $0.20 sounds like a ridiculous price target when there are 20 Billion Shares Outstanding, but reduce that figure to 500 Million S/O and $0.20 starts to look like a much more rational price target!
