They're not connected. They both sell e-cigs, but that's it. SFIO has the greater potential IMO because of the unique product and patents they hold. SFIO, being strictly an e-cig company, will benefit from a much broader interest in the short-term. The other you mention is involved in MMJ cultivation which may deter some investors interested only in the e-cig market. Though any of these e-cig companies will be good investments IMO..
