Well things are certainly heating up arn't they. Is Penson undergoing an audit now? Many companies and brokerage firms will be effected but now we know why certain stocks are suddenly no longer tradable I would say. Interesting days ahead to be sure.

Wow - interesting post about Penson. Sounds like they are getting their clock cleaned.

Wonder if this has any bearing on their May 2 decision to quit clearing so many penny stocks? Maybe they are too overexposed, or hoping to recoup money with their exhorbitant fees.
