Dilution has to be done responsibly and with a good business reason, or the shareholders take it in the shorts. Companies constantly dilute to generate capital for expansion. What happens often in the pennystock world is companies dilute to line the pockets of principles/insiders. I don't think Thompson has that kind of a history, IMHO. I have always had misgivings about that huge a/s, yet Thompson hasn't given any reason to ditch this company because of it.
