perhaps we should write and submit an alternate plan that

proposes this and pays off creditors in full and puts equity in the money. no need for numbers or valuation of course - standard practice.

let a&m explain why our win-win plan can't be done. lol - i know, wishful thinking and ludicrous...

This is just a matter of bookeeping..The Plan has nothing to do with it. In fact, I haven't seen any of the large settlements that is reflected in the A/L..Remember that there was a 6.1B settlement with Ambac too..Remember Sipa? 11B is still there also.

As we all know, That money in large amount cannot be transferred without Peck's approval and if there is, It should be in the docket. So far there is no transferred money for those settlements.
