RTK: Never use stops but I sold a bit lower than that for a loss; I thought that it might dip below $1 and then rebound but it kept sinking.

They planned to build a renewable energy center in Florida, using a loan guaranteed by the Department of Energy. The DOE announced that they've put the loan application on hold.

Still one to watch after the PPS stabilizes.
