This is per Rich Kaiser of Yes International regarding the NEIK late filing:

The filing will occur before May 18, 2011 and then the “E” will be removed.

I've been assured that the 10-K will be filed this week. The 30-day grace period actually gives them until next Wednesday to file.

Dr. Russell expects to receive multiple new orders by the end of next month. As always, it's impossible to predict the timing of receipt of any individual contract.
