Anyway being as close to the action for nearly 10 months I felt that it was necessary to inform shareholders of the issues that were up to that time only speculated and in grand fashion you all lashed out at me as if I was some type of plague. Which is okay because I can handle myself.

Kwan, lets not forget that you originally introduced yourself here by berating the shareholders and questioning our intelligence, not exactly how to win friends and influence people.

You also have some questionable practices from what has been observed with a little research but I will refrain for the moment. "Believability" is something that will have to be gained with an absurd amount of proof when it comes to all\any of this anymore, we have been jerked around for a good long time.

Having said that I will use a more appropriate word and entertain some of what you are bringing forth here. After the actions yesterday I am inclined to muse that some sort of compromise may have taken place.

I can gurantee we will hold you to this, especially the A\S matter.
