2) This all-important 'debt' you and Joe Canouse keep referring to is the alleged debt from Joe and Dean's crooked debt wraps. Shareholders have already paid for that--via insiders' deceptive self-dealing and outright scamming. Nobody but Joe, and apparently you, cares to see that so-called debt get 'paid' again.

3) Its over. The exchange is happening without Joe, without Dean, etc. Nobody needs them, and nobody wants them...
