I am just wondering just because of deposition of the hedgies how is this going to make JPM & FDIC going to settle with eyuity..?

Just some food for thought. Why the postponement of 3 out of 4 Hedge Funds again.

1. Could it be that settlement talks could be taking place behind the scene that involves 3 of the 4 HF's? Perhaps S/G has the goods they need except for Aurelius, that being the reason they were deposed.
2. Maybe HF's asked for the postponement because they are guilty are he!! and are trying to prepare a defense.
3. Could the EC S/G have postponed the remaining depositions because they don't have the dirt they need to continue with the depositions.

We can speculate all we want but we just don't know at this time!
