Canouse and Martin held a bogus shareholders' meeting, amongst just they themselves, to raise the AS by about 3+ billion shares.

After Joe Canouse lied about it here on this board, the document with signatures was made public.

As you know, Joe Canouse just filed documents with the Colorado Secretary of State doubling the already bloated AS, and then filed that 'information' with Pinksheets.

There is no business plan here, except the deceptive scam plan that was in place from the beginning--debt wraps/shorts/preferreds/dilution...

Its not working this time.
