Nitiwt: We know who we continue to buy shares from and it is not Monk, it is shortman. With our continued buying we are not allowing shortman to make any dent in his short position, rather that short position grows larger almost every day. To make a big deal out of Mon's making a one million share accomodation sale from his huge certificate to a buyer who was supposedly going to hold those same shares in certificate form is foolish imho. Rather, take Monks huge certificate and add those shares to the OBO and NOBO list totals and guess what? Yep you just proved the naked short position. Now that is with just adding one single certificate. How many other longs hold their shares in certificate form I ask? Nah, the company will not tell me that and you and yours will claim it is because a short does not exist to which I say horsepucky. The reason the company has not complained about the short position is that they would rather have the regulators handle it. I know I know the regulators have already had plenty of time to handle it and so far have not but I still think they will, we are just working at the speed of government, hence the slow process. Interesting days ahead to be sure. Go CDIV!!!
