I am not arguing with you about what you do , I know what it took to get the audit done for our Schools and don't tell me what I know took Place because I was there friend, 7 States and 15 Schools TEX

I don't know anything about audits for oil companies, but I'm guessing it involves a lot of state agencies. I can imagine that it could be held up due to government procedures. Just a guess.
