GFRE - Yes and Yes - if they did not buy the options - which of course would be covered right - they would be kind of missing the point of their dumping - I think they are smarter than that.
I think - only I think that GFRE has not been on RegSho in the past few months with 3m to 4m shares out of 34m - so it would seem to me, maybe HAP did take out a short possition and covered them - the puts were kind of small going back to March so not sure they were big in the Puts.
But they could of made money by selling at 9 and 7 as in one of their statements - then getting out above 6. It must be nice.
So in the end traders and MM maybe made most of the money in this crash with HAP. Not sure there was the traditional Hit Shorts on this in March or even early April. Just 6m dumped.
