Damn...that guys good. Thank you for the response. In my openion I think there are a couple of minor missing valuations which will increase the pps going forward. All contingint on finalization of the land deals. But, Everything to me is all adding up the same way and that is incredible numbers and life changing $$$.
All this and next year. As I've mentioned before...I am in it for AT LEAST that long. Adding as I go and can. Folks this one is the winner this year and next. THANKS WL AND ALL MTEE LONGS. GLTA MMTE LONGGGS
