No, EXTO took over 100% is keeping the patents for the lighting...is declaring a 20% stock dividend of Trans Atlantic to its shareholders and then spinning the other 80% off in a public offering. The executives of Trans Atlantic will become rich when it goes public plus they will receive their EXTO shares!!!
