Don't get me wrong, I was not arguing with you on this. I just needed to understand if what I was reading was what it meant. I am a shareholder, and have continued to accumulate on the dips. I had some concerns. I know going public is expensive, and this might have been their way into this without the time and money.
So, they retain only EXTO shares and warrants....no part of their company?
