EXTO shareholders will receive 20% of the issued and outstanding shares in TACG.

Seems we are to receive TACG shares. But which shareholders will receive them? Shareholders at a set date?

I got that. What I am having trouble with is if EXTO (after the spinoff) will own the other 80%? If so, what did TACG get out of this?
