OWNBOSS1- how about we deal in REALITY. TRUTH is this company just announced it is spinning off 20% of it's new acquisition to shareholders FULLY REPORTING. THEY KEEP 80%. Hello?????

People sell stock for all kinds of reasons. Based on the lack of posts on this board, i'm guessing that this news hasn't really even gotten out yet.

I have spoken to the previous management and the management before the previous management of EXTO and although I believe that each had their own direction and opinions for business objectives, both of the previous managements had failed with growing EXTO with their business objectives.

Although I have not personally spoken to the new management, I have done some research and confirmed that they are real and that what they are doing is very real. I have friends that live near those areas in California. I think "some" of the management is a little new to how certain things work in the penny stock world, but I think they have some people on their TEAM that will help them through the bureaucracy to make this a solid investment for EXTO shareholders. The company's intentions here are very sincere. I am actually expecting for things to continue growing to include more confirmation of legitimacy.
