We know it originally tanked from the high because it was being diluted. The company was selling shares through the MM VERT. So, financing was the reason it made that big drop. When the finance selling was done, traders who bought in the .016's, .017's etc. flipped for a nice profit in the .02's and we're back down to that bottom again. The test now is to see if the double-bottom holds and it rebounds a bit again.

This should begin to climb again in my opinion.
