I saw a tweet from Gekkowire a week or two ago that said he was going to submit something to the FDA asking them what's going on, so this one is likely legit.
Not a fan of Mela in particular, but there is no reason the FDA should not have responded by now, the device can only help detection (efficacy = hmm...) but the bottom line is the FDA needs to say something.
Even the scumbag HEB deserved a response back when they received this treatment...its a farce. IMO
