Yes, I believe it to be the second....based on what airdale posted late OCT 04......he spoke of March 03 being last 9 year low and 4.5 year as well therefore.....so next would be in Fall of 07. So, the 80 of Jan? 06 would be the second of three......I am sure others will clarify....
