Ander, re-lax, all I'm saying is that the Shanghai is at a 6-year low... Clearly this does not signal "money flowing in"... but "money flowing out..." the trend has been down for over half a decade... money is always flowing in & out of any market, but look at the Shanghai... and the negative money flow associated with its market...
P.S. - Penny stocks can't usually be shorted by us retail customers and the ones to play from the bull side in a bear market are few and far between ;)
